At Victoria Gardens Early Learning Centre, we strive to provide a quality service for children, families, students, staff and the wider community, where children can develop and grow to their full potential by:
 

• Creating a warm, welcoming and friendly environment, where a collaborative approach between educators and families is the basis to establishing an individualised program.

• Placing equal importance on indoor and outdoor environments, we encourage children to care for and make meaningful connections to Country.

• Creating programs that are centred around children’s individual needs and rights, with curriculum decisions based on the approved learning frameworks. Our educators will work in partnership with families to provide a personalised service.

• Actively taking the time to be reflective upon our practices and being committed towards continued learning to enhance our skills and knowledge.

• Collaborating with organisations and early childhood professionals to support children’s learning and wellbeing. Maintaining our professional standards in our practices, interactions and relationships creating a warm and nurturing environment.

• Catering for a culturally diverse community, our unbiased and respectful approach provides support and understanding for all children.

• Embedding indigenous perspectives for our future generations.

• Actively invest in learning together about sustainable practices.

• Seeking to be a mentor and resource service for students, fellow educators and parents within our community.
